Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to reduced flights and delays with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are in constant contact with our shipping partners to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible. We know you’d love to receive your GOWN SEASON items right away. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this very difficult time.
Estimated Delivery Time
All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all of our dresses are tailor-made for you from scratch. It will take around 7-45 days to make your dress and around 3-7 days for delivery. Therefore, we suggest that your estimated delivery time is around 10-52 days (It depends on the style of the dress). If there is a description of the estimated time on the page for the dress, please refer to that time. Your patience will get you the best design and quality. It’s definitely worth the wait!
We ship worldwide! For the United States, you can choose Express (3-7 days) or Flat rate (8-14 days), which cost around USD 38 or USD 13. Other countries currently support express delivery only.
Additional Shipping Information
If a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process, GOWN SEASON reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.
All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. GOWN SEASON will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.
GOWN SEASON is not held liable for unforeseen delays made by Customs Officials/ Shipping Carrier/ natural disasters in the course of shipment.
High volume/Qty orders are subject to additional shipping fees at the discretion & request of GOWN SEASON. This also includes orders where a re-ship occurs due to a new order being placed with the use of an issued store credit where the paid shipping fees are not reasonably sufficient to cover actual re-shipment costs.

It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame (set by the postal system of your country) may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.
GOWN SEASON reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’, or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
